Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to IRON MASTER ("we", "our", or "us"). By booking a pickup, placing an order, or using our web application and services in Vijayapura, Karnataka, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Doorstep Inspection & Garment Count

To guarantee transparency and eliminate discrepancies, our authorized delivery rider will count and inspect all garments at your doorstep prior to sealing the laundry bag.

• Customers are requested to ensure personal valuables (cash, jewelry, pins, cufflinks) are removed from pockets before handover. We are not liable for valuables left in garments.
• Any pre-existing fabric wear, burns, tears, discoloration, or missing buttons will be photographed by the rider and noted in your digital order record.
• The final piece count verified at doorstep inspection serves as the binding count for invoicing.

3. Turnaround Times & Delivery

Standard turnaround time for steam ironing is 24 to 48 hours. Wash & Fold, Wash & Iron, and Dry Cleaning services are delivered within 48 to 72 hours. Same-day or urgent express options are subject to operational slot availability.

4. Secure 4-Digit Delivery OTP

For your protection and verified handover, every out-for-delivery order generates a unique 4-digit Delivery OTP accessible on your live tracking screen. The rider cannot mark the delivery complete or release garments without entering this OTP. Please only provide this OTP once you have received and inspected your package.

5. Pricing, Minimum Orders & Payment

• All prices listed on our Price List are transparent unit rates in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Free doorstep pickup applies to orders meeting or exceeding the minimum threshold (₹199). Distance slab charges apply for smaller orders as displayed at checkout.
• Payments can be made securely via dynamic UPI QR code (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) upon delivery or via Cash on Delivery (COD).

6. Fabric Care & Limited Liability

While we apply commercial Italian steam boilers, calibrated temperatures, and specialized solvent cleaning, garments with manufacturer defects or inherently weak vintage fibers are processed at customer risk. In the rare event of lost garments attributable to our operations, compensation is limited to a maximum of 5 times the processing fee for that specific item.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vijayapura, Karnataka.
